- Claim filing – Customers can file claims online or through the Safeco mobile app.
- Damage assessment – With certain auto and property claims, customers can use their smartphones to take and submit photos of damage.
- Claim tracking – Customers can track a claim’s status online or through the Safeco mobile app – and opt in to receive status updates by text from their claims reps.
- Claim payment – Beyond checks and standard bank transfers, customers can get claim payments by debit card transfer to a bank account or transfer to a PayPal account, both of which take only few minutes.
